Officine della Pelletteria srl wishes to inform that any personal data submitted by you will be processed on the terms described below, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2.1. Type of data processed

When an e-mail is sent to the addresses shown in this website, or the form available in the “Contacts” page is filled in and submitted, the sender’s e-mail address and name will be acquired by the company in order to reply to the sender’s requests, and so will any other personal details included in the message. Depending on your requests, we might ask you to provide additional contact info or personal data.


2.2. Purpose, form and legal basis of the processing

Your personal details will be processed solely for the purpose of answering your questions or of providing the services requested, on paper and/or electronic supports, in compliance with the data subjects’ privacy rights and with the mandatory guarantees and security measures prescribed by the Privacy Act, by EU Regulation 2016/679, and by the various instructions issued by the italian Privacy Authority (Garante).

The legal basis of the processing of your personal details is the need to process them in order to provide the information or services requested by you. Any other processing may be carried out subject to prior notice and to your express consent.

The disclosure of personal details, when requested, is mandatory. In their absence, we would be prevented from providing the services or replies you seek.

In the course of their ordinary operations, the IT systems and software processes running this website will acquire certain personal data that are necessarily transmitted whenever Internet communication protocols are used.

These data will not be collected in order to be associated with any specific user; however, due to their nature, when processed and associated with third-party data they might allow for user identification.

They might be used to determine liability in the event of cybercrimes causing damage to the website: save for this case, presently the data on web contacts are not being kept for more than seven days.

2.5. Storage term
